Nicole has been instrumental in taking our service standards to new heights for the three different locations, and is thriving in her role as practice manager at Rockland Veterinary.
After receiving her B.A. at St. Thomas Aquinas College, Nicole pursued a passion for the culinary arts at The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, where she excelled in her training to be a chef. After working at some of the top restaurants in Manhattan, in a career that spanned 21 years, she retired her apron to stand alongside her brother, Dr. Christopher Puzio, and manage Rockland Veterinary.
At present, she is expanding her knowledge in veterinary medicine through attending Purdue University and Colorado State University to obtain a Certification in Veterinary Management. Nicole loves cuddle time with Blizzard and Linus; dog and cat respectively. She also enjoys CrossFit, hiking and of course, cooking.
