The process of your first appointment will be more pleasant for both you and your companion if you know what to expect.
Get Settled
We ask you to arrive about 10 minutes early to fill our New Patient Form. If you would like to save time you can complete the New Patient Form prior to your arrival.
Meet Your Veterinarian
One of our team members will review your pet's history and talk about their condition. You may ask questions you have, and we'll designate time to answer them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
After your cat or dog has been examined, we'll give you a diagnosis and treatment options for your pet. Your veterinarian will work with you to establish the best treatment plan possible.
Once your visit has concluded, we will develop a detailed report of our diagnosis, the discussions we had with you, and your cat or dog's treatment plan. We will keep this information on hand for when you need it.

- What types of payment options are available?
We require payment in full when we provide our services or when your pet is discharged. We accept payments made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
- Are there payment plans available for my pet’s care?
We are proud to offer CareCredit as an option for financing. They offer easy application processes that will give you results in minutes.
- Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?
We will give an estimate in good faith for the cost of our services prior to giving your pet any further treatment. However, unforeseen circumstances may arise that impact your final bill.
We will always discuss our written estimate with all clients before they leave our facility, and require a deposit based on our estimate prior to any further treatment.
- Should I call ahead to book an appointment?
Yes, please call ahead to schedule an appointment for your pet to guarantee we have space in our schedule to see your furry companion.

- What is your appointment cancellation policy?
If you have to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can give the space in our schedule to other clients.
- What types of animals do you treat?
We are able to provide care for cats and dogs.
- Where can I purchase my pet's prescription and food?
You can buy the medications and specialty food your pet requires either at our online store or at our in-house pharmacy.
- Can you help with my pet insurance?
We’re happy to help you fill out pet insurance forms for your pet’s visit.
- Do you work with any pet rescue organizations?
Yes, we work with various rescue organizations in the community to help rescued pets find caring homes.
We believe all pets and rescue cats and dogs deserve a second chance at a loving home. Rescued pets are just as great as ones purchased from breeders or pet stores and many of our clients and team members would argue that they’re BETTER.
