“I want to thank everyone that helped me on the day that my dog, Alfie, swallowed my son’s socks. I am afraid I was not very pleasant to deal with because I was so upset. I can’t thank you enough for overlooking my bad behavior and going out of your way to be gracious. You have truly showed what you are made of and humbled me for acting the way that I did. I genuinely appreciate everything that have done for me and that you continue to do for others.”
High Medical Standards
As a group, we train regularly to make sure we’re up to date on the latest veterinary medicine, procedures and protocols. Our medical equipment is state-of-the-art and our veterinary practices are in keeping with the guidelines set forth by the American Animal Hospital Association and the American Veterinary Medical Association.
A Calm Environment
Don’t worry kitty, you won’t have to peer around any corners here. Our team has been especially trained to keep dogs and cats calm during their visit with us. We can provide you before-visit tips to keep your pet’s anxiety low; we may even be able to prescribe some medication if your pet tends to be especially anxious. Most importantly our doctors and other care providers take their time and are experienced with how to handle animals so they don’t become agitated.
Respect for Your Time
We work hard to stay on schedule. Of course, there may be some circumstances outside of our control, but for the most part we are able to get clients seen within 5 minutes of their appointment time.
Honesty and a Fair Deal
We have a strong commitment to our role as Rockland County’s premier small animal healthcare provider. That means we are always honest with you and work very hard to keep our prices affordable. If you have financial issues that prevent you from providing great care for your pet, we would like to talk to you. Perhaps we can help; you have our promise that we’ll try as hard as we can.
Quality Time With Our Veterinarians
All of our vets enjoy meeting new clients and revisiting with established ones. If you have questions, we’re here to answer them. We’ll also be happy to speak to you on the phone if you have additional questions after you leave our office.
A Clean, Safe Practice
Our hospital is a clean environment. Treatment areas and medical tools are disinfected after every use. Any medical professional that sees a contagious animal thoroughly washes their hands and changes their medical coat and scrubs to prevent passing along germs. Patients in our practice our vigilantly guarded against adverse reactions and accidents.
We’re not just a business, we’re part of our community. We look forward to treating your pet and getting to know you. Nothing makes us happier than feeling as though we’ve made a difference. Use the form below, our app, or call 845-354-1800
