Dr. Byman has been a veterinarian at North Rockland Animal Hospital since 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts in 1984 and received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Cornell University in 1989. He currently lives in Garnerville with his wife Teresa and his three children. Dr. Byman’s pets include a hound mix named Ginger and two cats named Whiskas and Rex. In his spare time he is a volunteer coach and Director for the North Rockland Soccer Association and the Haverstraw PAL basketball program. His outside interests include physical fitness, parenting, and reading. Dr. Byman’s future plans include continuing education in ultrasound for internal medicine and cardiology consultations. With this knowledge he hopes to provide the best care possible for our patients and their owners!
